SHIPPING INFORMATION

 Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 1-3  business days from the receipt of payment verification.

Orders placed on the weekend and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order 5-7 Business days of its ship date. If you need your item (s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option.

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstance related to the courier or the weather.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping cost based on your zip-cod/post-code.

Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit.

Miimita is not responsible for any packages damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may require processing time. Please note that we are not responsible for international delays.

WE DO NOT TAKE CARE OF DUTIES AND TAXES for international shipping. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Please check your local customs website for more information.
