RETURN POLICY

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,  you may return the item(s) to us within 10 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

 We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All item(s) will be inspected on return.

 There is no size or color availability guarantee when exchanging but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Due to hygiene reasons, there are NO returns on accessories, bodysuits, and swimwear.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS  OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A COUPON CODE ARE FINAL SALES.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Please check all your details carefully before placing your order, once your order has been placed we are unable to amend or cancel the order.

 If you believe you have received a faulty item, please e-mail an image of the fault within 3 business days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. You may return your order free of charge and we will cover the cost of shipping of replacement item.

 

 RETURN PROCESS

  • To return item(s), please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets all return requirements.

  • Please package and ship the item(s) to the return address below:

  • Enter your order number and email used for the order as well as a reason for the return.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of their return. Miimita is NOT responsible for lost parcels and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all return parcels as proof of shipment. 
  • Once your return is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

            If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
